Improving Air Quality Through Ag: Promoting healthy soils, economy, and community

SkyviewFarming improves farm and community health by linking farmers to trusted companies that help them optimize their practices. Our recommendations are formed through leading-edge satellite and ground-based monitoring, and AI.

SkyviewFarming’s vision is to build a productive and thriving community, through improved soil health, crop productivity, healthier air, and a cleaner ecosystem . We do this by offering an easy to use, agnostic platform that farmers can use to take concrete and actionable steps to change their farming practices, and connect with other knowledgeable practitioners.

Through a web-based platform, we guide farmers, agencies, and agricultural organizations through a process to 1) understand their farm’s value and contribution to environmental health challenges, 2) develop a set of recommended practices to improve productivity and environmental health, 3) connect them with trusted implementation partners via a ratings based marketplace, and 4) track the outcomes to inform future practices and data optimization. This full cycle approach will contribute to higher rates of uptake, better data, and improved community health and farm profits.

We believe that every healthy community is built around strong connections and communication. That is why we also offer a community hub for farmers to exchange information and establish trusted relationships. A healthy community is made of healthy farms and healthy farms grow from a supportive community.

Our business model is to be approached in two phases. The first phase involves working with government and agricultural assistance providers to establish an effective model using satellite data and AI platform. During this phase we will provide the operational recommendations, establish our starting network of farmers and build the online farming neighborhood hubs. In phase 2 we will build out our company and service marketplace to the point in which we can start gaining support through other business relations. In this sense we are starting with a business-to-government model in phase 1 and shifting to a business-to-business model in phase 2.
