Solution context

The solution is needed because maintances costs valuable resources and broken down public transportation is frustrating for users, which leds to them not using public transportation. And having people switch over will help to reduce CO2 emissions

Solution description

Two frontends - one for the customer to report issues and one for the maintanences workers to keep track of what is going on
