Boost sustainable mobility in Venice, Mestre and the lagoon.

We chose the wonderful island of San Servolo in front of San Marco basin, the perfect location to think about the future of the islands, the cities and the lagoon.
Venice and its lagoon can be erected as one of the most emblematic places that manifest the major human challenges of the XXI century: sea-level rise, pollution of the city, its industry and its mobility system, mass tourism, the residential crisis of the city centers, gentrification and so on...
This city has the need to be cured, helped and governed to be resilient to climate change, and innovative projects will be the lifeblood to find solutions to each of these major challenges. Here in the IV edition of the Climathon Venice, we will focus on solving the problems related to the future of mobility.
