Climathon CDMX 2022
Climathon is a global movement that organizes locally; a city-based program that offers a clear pathway to climate action.
In Mexico City, live around 9 million people, and another 11 million move daily for work, school, and other reasons. All of them face problems with the effects of climate change.
Climathon CDMX offers a multiple and interdisciplinary workspace in which tools will be provided so that during the 24-hour ideathon the teams develop innovative projects with applicable actions in the city, adopting emerging technologies, creating climate-positive companies, cultural initiatives, strategies in society, or addressing changes in local policies.
An event made for academics, students, business leaders, hackers, and any community interested in acting for climate change.

Climathon organizer in CDMX Since 2017 the organizing team has been made up of volunteers interested in creating awareness in citizens about climate change and mobilizing them in the search for solutions that mitigate and adapt to the climate crisis's effects in our city.
