For this challenge, we seek innovative solutions to the problems of the river, both at the Atlantic ports and in Bocas de Ceniza. They can be governance ideas, designs, renders, prototypes, etc., based on blue economy technologies such as underwater drones, or ideas that have to do with the river's PPP, that seek to improve systems that are currently being implemented, alternatives that They are interested in local autonomy and the management of resources and any other idea that can help improve the navigability of the river.
